  1.  First, it doesn’t cost a dime and there is no obligation!

  2. We schedule a day and time, at your convenience, to come to your home or business and review your window treatment needs.

  3. We bring all the most current window treatment samplings with us and show you the numerous options for your windows.

  4. We ask questions concerning what it is that you are trying to solve/achieve:

    Do you need room darkening for a nursery or children's bedroom or even your own bedroom?

    Do you need protection for your beautiful hardwood floors and/or furniture from fading?

    Do you feel the neighbors can look in your home when you least want them too?

    Do you have child safety concerns with small children?

    Do you have an amazing view but the sun creates too much glare at the kitchen counter or island or for watching TV?

    Do you need better insulation from winter cold and summer heat?

    Do you have allergies and need something that won’t collect dust?

    Do you need privacy for your bathroom window?

  6. After we understand your needs, we compile the best options in terms of product and color. Before we go, we take measurements and leave you with a written estimate.  OUR PRICING IS COMPETITVE AND FAIR!

  7. Should we earn your business, we do a 50% deposit via any credit card and will place the order within the day.

  8. Turnaround time for ordered products, except plantation shutters, is approximately 3 weeks. Plantation shutters will take approximately 6 weeks. Why so long? ...Because these are custom-made for YOUR windows, unlike buying a product off-the-shelf at Lowe's or Home Depot where the products will never fit properly or possibly going to a retail store such as Blinds To Go where there may have limited product knowledge.

  9. Once the product arrives, we will call you to schedule the installation at a convenient day and time for you.
